Tourist tax 2025: €1.65 per adult per day (not included in the price)
The deposit is intended to cover:
1) Any minor damage that could occur to furniture, household appliances, household linen, loss of keys, etc.: It is set at €400
2) The one intended to cover the household fixed: it is set at €80.
For your information: Cleaning is after normal use and regular minimum maintenance of the premises during the stay. We also invite our tenants to kindly empty the trash, wash the dishes, empty the dishwasher (please leave it open) and the refrigerator, clean the oven and tidy the rental and its surroundings (balcony).
The deposit will therefore total €480. It must be paid no later than 5 days before arrival, by simply imprinting your credit card via Swikly. Simply follow the link that will be automatically sent before arrival and complete the procedure.
The deposit will be released after inspection and inventory of fixtures upon departure, at most 15 days after the end of the stay.
This deposit does not exempt the client from insuring the rented premises. They must check whether their main residence contract provides for the holiday extension (vacation rental). If not, they must contact their insurance company and request an extension of the guarantee or take out a specific contract, under the "holiday" clause. Proof of insurance will be requested upon entering the premises. (see General Terms and Conditions)
