INTERNAL REGULATIONS
- In order not to disturb others, be careful not to make noise after 10 p.m., absolute silence must be respected.
- Regularly maintain private gardens as well as the paintwork on shutters, doors, balustrades and dividing screens.
- Do not set up camping tents on private or common areas.
- Park your vehicle in the space assigned to the apartment; additional vehicles must be parked outside the residence.
- Do not play boules or ball on the common areas.
- Do not hang laundry on windows, balconies or in common areas.
- The keys to the bicycle storage room must under no circumstances be given to the tenants.
- Do not allow animals to roam freely or relieve themselves in common areas.
- Only electric barbecues or griddles are allowed.
RULES FOR THE USE OF CONTAINERS
- Only store rubbish if it is contained in a sealed plastic bag.
- Provide a double-sealed bag for seafood waste; fish, crustaceans and shellfish
- Do not deposit plant waste or various objects: mattresses, glass, household appliances, furniture, scrap metal... in the room reserved for household waste but take them to the waste disposal site between St-Pierre and Dolus — access via Departmental Road.
- Fill a bin completely before using a new one, we pay according to the number of bins emptied.
- Glass must be deposited in one of the containers provided by the local council. (e.g., opposite Matha beach or at the port near the biscuit factory)
- Please respect the selective sorting as indicated on the signs (otherwise, the containers will not be emptied).
Clearly display these house rules in the apartment for tenants or friends.
