Residence Rules

You are staying in a residence where everyone should be able to enjoy their apartment in peace and quiet.

The rules set out in this section form part of the residence's co-ownership regulations. They must be strictly complied with. Failure to do so could ultimately result in us losing the authorization to rent out our apartments within the residence.

Thank you in advance for your vigilance, understanding and respect for the property and all residents.

Quiet is required after 10:00 p.m.

After this time, please respect the quiet of the residence.

Each apartment has an assigned parking space.

Please park your vehicle in your designated space.

Additional vehicles must be parked outside the residence.

Ball games and pétanque are not permitted in the common areas.

Please respect the gardens, outdoor areas and the residence's facilities.

Hanging laundry from windows, balconies or in the common areas is prohibited.

Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

They must not roam freely in the common areas or relieve themselves there.

Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.

Smoking is permitted on the balcony. An ashtray is provided for your use.

Never dispose of hot ashes in the bins: the risk of fire is real.

Parties, evening events and group gatherings, including bachelor or bachelorette parties, are strictly prohibited.

Please do not throw anything into the gardens located below the residence.

Please also respect private areas and the residence's facilities.
