Reminder of the Main Rules to Follow

⚠️ Important

You are staying in a residence where everyone should be able to enjoy their apartment in peace and quiet.

The rules presented in this section form part of the residence's co-ownership regulations. It is essential to comply with them carefully. Failure to do so could, in the long term, result in the withdrawal of our authorization to rent our apartments within the residence.

Thank you in advance for your vigilance, understanding and respect for the premises and all residents.

🔇 Noise

Quiet is required after 10:00 p.m.

After this time, please respect the peace and quiet of the residence.

🚗 Parking

Each apartment has an assigned parking space.

Please park your vehicle in your designated space.

Additional vehicles must be parked outside the residence.

🏡 Common Areas

Ball games and pétanque are not permitted in the common areas.

Please respect the gardens, outdoor areas and the residence's facilities.

👕 Laundry

Hanging laundry from windows, balconies or in the common areas is prohibited.

🐾 Pets

Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

They must not roam freely in the common areas or relieve themselves there.

🚭 Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

Smoking is permitted on the balcony. An ashtray is provided for your use.

Never dispose of hot ashes in the bins: there is a real risk of fire.

🎉 Parties and Gatherings

Parties, evenings and group gatherings, particularly bachelor or bachelorette parties, are strictly prohibited.

🌿 Respect for Outdoor Areas

Please do not throw anything into the gardens located below.

Please also respect private areas and the residence's facilities.
